What you will learn
The actual amount of water consumed by customers does not always correspond to the volumes recorded by the meters. Customers may deliberately tamper with their meters or set up illegal connections to reduce their water bill. In this training course, we will first look at meter tampering, analysing the different types of unauthorised water consumption that exist before learning the tricks for spotting them. We will then look at illegal connections and how to detect them. The course will finish by looking at the consequences of unauthorised water consumption.
